K. Frank Attar

Attar has an extensive background in starting and growing small to midsize businesses within the oilfield services industry; in particular, he has focused on creating a customer service and safety driven company culture, and structured operations teams. Attar currently serves as the President of Drillwell Energy Services, an oilfield fluid & solid waste handling company, with operations throughout South and Central Texas. Prior to founding Drillwell, Attar began his career in the oilfield working as a Wireline Field Engineer for Schlumberger in South Texas.

Attar is a native Texan, having received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master’s of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M.

W. Earl Pheasey

Pheasey was previously Managing Director with one of the top four global casing accessory manufacturing companies, at which he held senior management positions in Calgary, Dubai and Houston. Pheasey’s passion for exemplary customer service has been obvious to his customers from the time he entered the oil service industry. Understanding the need, getting the proposal correct, and assuring the expected quality and delivery are met has allowed him to significantly increase business wherever he has operated.

Pheasey holds a Bachelor of Science from the Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver, Colorado
